摘要
基于唐山钢铁集团有限责任公司炼钢事业部1#连铸机和2#连铸机4台锤刀式板坯去毛刺机的现场使用情况,分析导致板坯毛刺去不净的原因,采取了相应的技术及管理措施。实践表明,通过提高设备功能精度标准和点检员对设备的认知,增加在去毛刺机异常状态下的应急处置措施以及开发去毛刺效果实时监测装置等措施,可有效降低板坯头尾毛刺去除不净的概率,提高板坯产品的表面质量。
Based on the on-site use of four hammer slab deburring machines of 1#continuous caster and 2#continuous caster of the steelmaking division of Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,the factors leading to the impurity of slab burrs were analyzed,and the corresponding technical and management measures were formulated.Practice has shown that by improving the functional accuracy standard of the equipment and the awareness of the equipment by of the inspector,adding the emergency response measures in the abnormal conditions of the deburring machine,and developing real-time monitoring devices for deburring effects,the probability of incomplete deburring of slab head and tail can be effectively reduced,and the surface quality of slab products can be improved.
