摘要
管型核燃料元件的芯体定位检测对于保证该产品的质量至关重要。为了满足自动化检测和生产的需求,使用X射线数字成像技术设计硬件系统(上下料机构、运动扫描平台、射线成像机构、切割机构等)和软件系统(芯体轮廓识别、芯体定位算法),开发了管型燃料元件包壳内芯体边界识别定位检测和元件加工一体化系统,并对系统中引入的误差进行校正,在保证检测精度的同时实现了管型核燃料元件的芯体自动定位。
It is very important to location detection for inner core of tubular fuel element for ensuring the quality of this product.In order to meet the needs of automatic detection and production,X-ray digital imaging technology was used,hardware system(main blanking mechanism,motion scanning platform,X-ray imaging mechanism,cutting mechanism,etc.)and software system(core body contour recognition,core positioning algorithm)were set up.The integrated system of tubular fuel element envelope inner core body boundary identification and positioning detection,and component processing was developed.The introduced system error was corrected to ensure the detection accuracy and realize the automatic core positioning of the tubular nuclear fuel element.
