区域绿色创新效率空间关联网络特征及驱动因素——以广东省为例 被引量:1

Characteristics and driving factors of spatial correlation change of green innovation efficiency—A case study of Guangdong Province

摘要 采用非期望SBM模型和二次指派程序,对广东省21个城市2002—2019年的绿色创新效率空间关联网络特征和驱动因素进行分析.结果显示:空间关联网络从早期以广州和深圳双核引领、联系疏散的网络,发展成珠三角多核心联动、中介作用突出并趋于紧密的网络,形成珠三角核心圈和粤东西北外围圈.空间关联网络按角色可分为净溢出、净受益和外围板块三类板块,板块间联系松散,绿色创新联系以珠三角板块内溢出为主导,板块之间绿色创新要素流动存在较大壁垒.地理邻近促进绿色创新溢出,经济发展水平差异、创新基础差异对绿色创新溢出的影响作用由促进转为抑制,财政分权和环境规制强度差异抑制绿色创新溢出,对外开放差异的影响不显著. The characteristics and driving factors of green innovation efficiency spatial correlation network of 21 cities in Guangdong Province,from 2002 to 2019 are analysed by using unexpected SBM model and secondary assignment program.The conclusions show that:the overall level of green innovation efficiency exhibits an upward trend in fluctuations,and the Pearl River Delta city cluster is higher than that in the northwest and eastern parts of Guangdong,while the regional imbalance problem narrows in the fluctuation.The spatial correlation of green innovation efficiency is significant,from the early“polarization effect”centered on Shenzhen to the“network effect”in which Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Dongguan,Foshan and other cities participate in,and the overall spatial composition is a core circle with the Pearl River Delta city cluster as a close connection and a loosely connected peripheral circle in the northwestern and eastern regions of Guangdong.The 21 cities in the province can be divided into net overflow plates,net overflow plates and peripheral plates,with loose connections between plates,and spatial overflows are mainly dominated by the intra-plate overflows formed by the 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta.Shenzhen is the most important spillover city and central actor in the network,and the PRD cities mainly play the role of“bridge”and“intermediary”.Geospatial proximity has a promoting effect on the establishment of spatial association of green innovation,due to the phase of green innovation spillover,and the impact of economic base differences and innovation foundation differences between cities has changed from promotion to inhibition.Moreover,the difference in fiscal decentralization and environmental regulation intensity will inhibit the establishment of spatial association of green innovation,and the impact of opening up differences is not significant.
