摘要
反流性食管炎为胃食管反流病类型之一,为临床常见病,易反复发作,虽不直接致命,但严重影响患者生活质量。中医药因整体观念、辨证论治、多靶点作用、副作用较少等特点,在该病的治疗上颇有优势。其病位在食管,与肝、胃关系密切,胃失和降、胃气上逆为其基本病机。肝主疏泄,调畅气机,肝胃不和在本病的发生发展中起重要作用。重视疏肝和胃对本病的治疗大有裨益。文章主要从明辨脏腑特性、细思经络联系、古籍经典发微、现代医家认识、辨证分型研究、治法方药选择及临床病例分享等方面对其进行详细阐释。明其理,则知其法,以期能为临床同道在治疗本病方面提供一定思路及方法。
Reflux esophagitis is one of the types of gastroesophageal reflux disease,which is a common clinical disease.The condition is prone to recurrence and although not directly fatal,it can seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in the treatment of this disease due to its holistic concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment,multi target effects,and fewer side effects.The disease is located in the esophagus and is closely related to the liver and stomach.The basic pathogenesis is failure of stomach qi to descend and adverse rising of stomach qi,liver controlling conveyance and dispersion,regulatting the flow of qi,liver-stomach disharmony plays an important role in the occurrence and development of this disease.Emphasizing the importance of Liver-Discharging and Stomach-Harmonizing is of great benefit to the treatment of this disease.In view of this,this article mainly provides a detailed explanation of the aspects of distinguishing viscera characteristics,thinking carefully about the connection of channels and collaterals,the elaboration of ancient classics,the understanding of modern doctors,the research on syndrome differentiation,the selection of treatment methods and prescriptions,and the sharing of clinical cases,if the principles are understood,the methods will be understood,in order to provide certain ideas and methods for clinical colleagues in treating this disease.
