摘要
羌活鱼作为我国传统民间中药,入药具有续筋接骨、行气止痛的功效,临床治疗骨折、跌打损伤、肝胃气痛等症,疗效显著,但其作用机制仍需进一步深入研究。目前,羌活鱼仍处于民间经验中药广泛使用,鲜有高质量文献报道,且因各种因素,藏药羌活鱼种群数量急剧减少,面临濒危甚至灭绝的危险,文章通过查阅大量文献,对藏药羌活鱼的药用价值做一综述,并提出相应的保护对策,为后续研究和临床应用提供思路和理论依据。
As a traditional folk medicine in China,Bing s giant salamander has the effect of renewing tendons and bones,relieving qi and pain,and can treat fractures,bruises,liver and stomach pain and other diseases,and the curative effect is remarkable,but its mechanism of action still needs further in-depth research.At present,Bing s giant salamander is still widely used in folk experience,there are few high-quality literature reports,and due to various factors,the population of Tibetan medicine Bing s giant salamander has decreased sharply,facing the danger of endangerment or even extinction,this paper reviews the medicinal value of Tibetan medicine Bing s giant salamander by consulting a large number of literature,and puts forward corresponding protection countermeasures,providing ideas and theoretical basis for follow-up research and clinical application.
