摘要
阿尔茨海默病是一种发病机制复杂的神经退行性疾病,主要临床表现为认知功能损害和记忆障碍。黄酮类化合物是自然界广泛存在的天然产物,其在植物体中通常与糖基结合形成糖苷。多种黄酮糖苷被证实在临床上可以改善阿尔茨海默病患者的行为认知能力。作者从Tau蛋白异常磷酸化、氧化应激、神经炎症、β-淀粉样蛋白级联、胆碱能损伤等五大阿尔茨海默病发病学说角度综述黄酮糖苷对阿尔茨海默病的作用机制,旨在为阿尔茨海默病的研究提供参考。
Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disease with a complex pathogenesis,mainly characterized by cognitive impairment and memory impairment.Flavonoids are widely present natural products in nature,and they usually combine with sugar groups to form glycosides in plants.Multiple flavonoid glycosides have been proven to improve the behavioral and cognitive abilities of Alzheimer's disease patients in clinical practice.The author analyzed the abnormal phosphorylation of Tau protein,oxidative stress,neuroinflammationβ-A review of the mechanisms of action of flavonoid glycosides on Alzheimer's disease from the perspectives of five major Alzheimer's disease pathogenesis theories,including amyloid protein cascade and cholinergic damage,aims to provide reference for the research of Alzheimer's disease.
