摘要
为解决既有桥梁装备不能适应400 m小曲线半径线路简支箱梁运架的施工难题,以TLJ900架桥机及配套运梁车为研究对象,通过对架桥机后支腿台车增加回转机构、下导梁吊具增加横移机构、运梁车的驮梁小车加装转向架等措施,提高了设备的使用性、安全性,并将其应用于新白广城际铁路正线施工中。结果表明,通过设备改造有效地解决了TLJ900架桥机因400 m这种小曲线半径的限制而无法进行架梁、纵移和喂梁施工的困难,提高了既有运架设备的使用率,相关经验值得借鉴。
In order to solve the construction problem of existing bridge equipment not being suitable for the simple supported box girder transportation in 400 m small curve,the TLJ900 bridge erecting machine and its associated transporting beam vehicle were taken as the research object.Measures such as adding a slewing mechanism to the rear leg trolley,adding a transverse movement apparatus to the lifting device of lower guide beam,and installing a bogie on the load beam trolley were taken to improve the usability and safety of the equipment.This was applied to the construction of the main line of the Xintang⁃Baiyun Airport⁃Guangzhou North Intercity Railway.The results show that the equipment modification has effectively solved the difficulties of TLJ900 bridge erecting machine in beam erection,longitudinal movement,and beam feeding construction due to the limitation of a small curve radius of 400 m,and improved the utilization rate of existing transportation equipment,which provides reference and experience to the relevant study and practice.
