摘要
目的分析逍遥散联合奥氮平在精神分裂症中的临床效果。方法选择2021年10月-2023年10月来宝鸡市第一社会福利院康宁医院进行治疗的100例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法随机分为联合组(50例,逍遥散联合奥氮平)和对照组(50例,奥氮平),比较两组治疗前后症状评分、认知功能和神经功能变化,比较两组疗效和不良反应发生率。结果联合组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组症状评分、认知功能、神经功能比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组症状评分、认知功能、神经功能显著改善,且联合组显著优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床效果更为理想,且具有较高的安全性,临床应用价值较好。
Objective To analyze the cclilniniiccaall eeffffeecctt ooff XXiaiaooyyaao San combined with olanzapine in schizophrenia.Method A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia who came to our hospital for treatment from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into the combined group(50 cases,Xiaoyao San combined with olanzapine)and the control group(50 cases,olanzapine)according to the random number table method.Symptom scores,cognitive function and neurological function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in symptom score,cognitive function and neurological function between the two groups(P>0.05).Affer treatmen,the symptom score,cognitive function and neurological function of the two groups were significantly improved,and the combined group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combined group was significantly lower than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conc lusion Xiaoyao San combined with olanzapine has better clinical effect in the treatment of schizophrenia,and has higher safety and good clinical application value.
