摘要
目的探讨基于FTS理念的平衡促进训练对膝关节交叉韧带损伤术后患者膝关节功能及稳定性的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年9月接受手术治疗的90例膝关节交叉韧带损伤患者,随机将其分为两组各45例。对照组接受常规康复训练,研究组接受基于FTS理念的平衡促进训练。比较两组患者的膝关节功能及稳定性。结果干预后,研究组的国际膝关节评分委员会(IKDC)评分、Lysholm评分均高于对照组,KT-1000检测值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于FTS理念的平衡促进训练可明显提高膝关节交叉韧带损伤术后患者膝关节功能和稳定性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of balance promotion training based on FTS concept on knee joint function and stability in patients after knee cruciate ligament injury surgery.Methods 90 patients with knee cruciate ligament injury surgery from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the study group received balance promotion training based on FTS concept.The knee joint function and stability were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)score and Lysholm score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while the KT-1000 detection value was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Balance promotion training based on FTS concept can significantly improve the knee joint function and stability in patients after knee cruciate ligament injury surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
