摘要
目的:研究延续性护理在急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年3月单县中心医院收治的急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者112例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施延续性护理。比较两组患者自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分、健康行为评分、并发症发生率及复发率。结果:护理后,观察组ESCA评分、健康行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率及复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者给予延续性护理,能规范患者健康行为,提高自我管理能力,对减少并发症发生,降低复发率有积极作用。
Objective:To study the application value of continuous nursing in postoperative care of patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of one hundred and twelve patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI treated in Shanxian County Central Hospital from September 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with fiftysix cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing.The self-care ability scale(ESCA)score,health behavior score,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,ESCA score and health behavior score in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications and recurrence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI can regulate patients'health behavior,improve self-management ability,and have a positive effect on reducing complications and recurrence rate.
