人工智能时代教师教育转型:理论立场、转型方式和潜在挑战 被引量:8

Teacher Education Transformation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence:Theoretical Stance,Transformation Pathways,and Potential Challenges

摘要 生成式人工智能的快速发展正重塑教师教育的权威性和知识传递方式,对教师教育的深层变革和转型提出了新要求。当前学界对人工智能教育应用的隐忧主要体现在主体性危机层面,本质上反映了人类中心主义的立场,即人和人工智能二元对立。然而,在现实情境中,生成式人工智能已以其空前类人化的特性挑战我们对人机关系的传统理解。本文首先提出以“多主体网络”理论视角理解教师教育转型的必要性,将人工智能视作具有能动作用的行动主体。在此视角下,新型人工智能参与教师教育体系将触发传统教师教育颠覆、联动的转型,引发教师教育目标、课程、模式、评估等的深刻变革,为职前教师培养的理论学习、教学实践,职后教师专业发展的培训、教研和自主学习,以及职前职后教育一体化衔接带来全新变化。同时,这种转型可能导致网络不稳定,引发新兴科技教育资源的分配、技术变革与课程更新的错位以及社会对教师教育转型的理解问题等挑战,需研究者和实践者持续关注。 The use of new artificial intelligence has become a crucial method to enhance education in the digital age.The rapid development of generative artificial intelligence is reshaping the authority of teachers and the modes of knowledge transmission,demanding profound changes and transformation in teacher education.Currently,the academic community's concerns about the application of artificial intelligence in education mainly revolve around the crisis of subjectivity,reflecting an anthropocentric stance—that is,the binary opposition between humans and artificial intelligence.However,in practical contexts,generative artificial intelligence,with its unprecedented human-like characteristics,challenges our traditional understanding of human-machine relationships.This paper first proposes a“multiagent network”theoretical framework to understand artificial intelligence as an active agent and explain its necessity in the transformation of teacher education.From this perspective,the integration of new artificial intelligence into the teacher education system will transform,disrupt and interlink traditional teacher education.This will lead to profound changes in the goals,processes,models,and evaluations of teacher education,bringing new changes to learning and teaching practice,professional development,research,and self-directed learning for both pre-service and in-service teacher education.At the same time,these changes may lead to network instability with issues such as unequal distribution of technological and educational resources,misalignment between technology changes and curriculum updates,and societal understanding of the transformation in teacher education.These issues require continuous attention from researchers and practitioners.
