大跨度预装设备高支模大荷载楼板支撑体系施工方法

摘要 针对现有大荷载楼板施工存在竖向变形量过大、影响施工安全性和稳定性的问题,本文开展大跨度预装设备高支模大荷载楼板支撑体系施工方法研究。对大跨度预装设备高支模与楼板支撑架的基本结构设计;采取斜拉杆+工字钢支撑体系的方式搭设操作平台,并完成对埋件的施工;在确保模板安装完毕后,浇筑混凝土;在完成混凝土的浇筑和养护后,将操作平台拆除等等一些实例证明,新的施工方法应用后,楼板结构的竖向最大变形得到有效控制,工程整体结构质量得到提升。 In view of the problem that the vertical deformation is too large in the existing large-load floor construction,which affects the construction safety and stability,this paper carried out the research on the construction method of highformwork large-load floor support system for large-span preinstalled equipment.The basic structure design of high formwork and floor support frame for long-span preinstalled equipment;The operation platform is set up by means of inclined tie bar+I-shaped steel support system,and the construction of embedded parts is completed;After ensuring that the formwork is installed,the concrete is poured;After the concrete is poured and cured,the operating platform is removed.These cases demonstrate that,after the application of new construction method,the vertical maximum deformation of the floor structure can be effectively controlled and the overall structural quality of the project can be improved.
