摘要
随着医学影像技术的不断发展,影像报告已成为临床诊断和治疗的重要依据。目前,影像报告的书写尚无统一规范,导致医院间报告互不认可、影像报告医生与临床医生解读不一、医疗资源浪费等问题。推进报告规范化,建设专病医学影像报告模板系统,有利于检查结果互认、影像报告规范化及住院医师报告书写的指导教学。
With the continuous development of medical imaging technology,imaging reports have become an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.At present,there is no unified standard for the writing of imaging reports,leading to issues such as mutual recognition of reports between hospitals,inconsistent interpretation between imaging report doctors and clinical doctors,and waste of medical resources.Promoting report standardization and constructing a specialized medical imaging report template system is conducive to mutual recognition of examination results,standardization of imaging reports,and guidance and teaching of resident physician report writing.
