摘要
针对全国金银花主产地之一,素有“中国金银花之乡”美誉的邢台市巨鹿县金银花由散户到标准种植结构的变化,引起的金银花由分散型到集中初加工的需求,及市场对金银花品质新要求等系列问题,本系统将追溯系统融入金银花烘干系统中,整个烘干过程不需要人工参与,用户只需在称重前进行身份识别,整套系统即可完成称重、烘干、打包、贴签等功能,实现可追溯的数字化烘干。
Julu County in Xingtai City is known as the"Home of Chinese honeysuckle".Their honeysuckle growing has changed from a retail to a standard planting structure,targeting one of the country's main honeysuckle farming areas.This system integrates the tracing system into the honeysuckle drying system to meet a series of demands,including the transfer from the dispersed individual processing to the concentrated initial processing,the new requirements of the market for the honeysuckle quality,the whole drying process with little labor involved,identification before weighing,automatic weighing,drying,packaging,labeling through one systmen,and other functions to achieve traceability of digital drying.
