价值链视角下的全过程工程咨询业务流程再造

摘要 价值链视角之下全过程工程咨询业务在实际实施过程中的核心,在于能够准确地发现工程项目建造过程中的内在关联,并建立在工程运行全过程的基础之上,为工程运行提供相应的咨询服务。文章在研究之中则建立在需求分析阶段、规划论证阶段、设计阶段、招投标采购阶段、施工与竣工及验收等几个阶段之上,从价值分析视角入手,明确工程咨询业务流程再造需要加强自身对于客户需求的准确性分析,对于项目实施核心要点的准确分析,注重采购咨询等方面的具体需求分析等方面的思路之上,进行具体的再造内容及流程的设计。希望本文的研究能够为后续工程咨询机构咨询业务的优化与改进提供一些针对性更强的意见与建议,进一步提升工程咨询机构的执业能力水平。 From the perspective of the value chain,the core of the whole process engineering consulting business in the actual implementation process lies in the ability to accurately discover the inherent relationships in the construction process of engineering projects,and establish them on the basis of the entire process of engineering operation,providing corresponding consulting services for engineering operation.The article is based on several stages in the research,including demand analysis,planning and demonstration,design,bidding and procurement,construction and completion,and acceptance.Starting from the perspective of value analysis,it clarifies that the reengineering of engineering consulting business processes needs to strengthen its accuracy analysis of customer needs,accurately analyze the core points of project implementation,and focus on specific demand analysis in procurement consulting and other aspects.Specific reengineering content and processes are designed based on these ideas.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide more targeted opinions and suggestions for the optimization and improvement of the consulting business of engineering consulting agencies in the future,and further enhance the professional competence of engineering consulting agencies.
