摘要
女性是全民创业万众创新的重要力量。女性创新创业意愿直接影响国家创新创业政策的实施效果。女大学生是女性群体中极具活力的部分。为了更好地了解女大学生创新创业意愿及影响因素,本文以X大学为调查对象展开研究。调研发现,与男大学生相比,女大学生创新意愿偏高,创业意愿偏低。研修学习、行为态度以及实践应用等因素均与女大学生创新创业意愿具有显著相关性。调查得知,女大学生创新创业意愿现状主要归因于自信心不足、信息共享渠道不畅、资金支持有限及参与实效偏低等。为此应当持续关注原动力,增强女大学生的创新创业自信心;持续畅通渠道,提升女大学生创新创业信息获取质效;持续助力清障,加大为女大学生创新创业提供资金支持力度;持续推进实效,提高女大学生创新创业行动力。
Female is important force in entrepreneurship and innovation.Female innovative and entrepreneurial intention directly affects the implementation of national innovation and entrepreneurship policy.Female college students are a very dynamic part of the female group.In order to better understand the intention and influencing factors of it,X University is selected for the research.According to the survey data,compared with male university students,female university students are more willing to innovate and less entrepreneurial.Learning experience,behavior-attitude and practical application are significantly correlated with female university students’innovative and entrepreneurial intention.Based on the data information,the main reasons for the lower intention of female university students to innovation and entrepreneurship are low self-confidence in innovation and entrepreneurship,low sharing of innovation and entrepreneurship information,limited funding support for innovation and entrepreneurship and low participation in innovative&entrepreneurial activities.In view of the above,we should continue to pay attention to the driving force and enhance the self-confidence of female university students in innovation and entrepreneurship,continue to smooth the channels and strengthen the quality and effectiveness of female university students’access to innovation and entrepreneurship information,continue to help remove obstacles and provide financial support for female university students’innovation and entrepreneurship,and continue to promote practical results and improve the motivation of female university students to innovation and entrepreneurship.
