路网形态与城市活力的多尺度空间关系研究——以广州市中心城区为例

摘要 城市活力作为刻画城市社会经济发展的重要指标,其影响因素被持续关注。路网作为人与人联系的桥梁一直影响着城市活力,而路网形态对城市活力影响的空间异质性问题却鲜有研究。本文依据地理空间大数据,采用多空间尺度下的接近度和穿行度来量化表征路网形态,组合其他相关建成环境变量,构建多尺度地理加权回归(MGWR)模型,探究路网形态与广州市中心城区城市活力的多尺度空间关系。结果表明:①城市活力与路网形态的空间分布具有较强的相关关系。②相较于传统最小二乘(OLS)模型和地理加权回归(GWR)模型,MGWR模型可以充分表达解释变量对于因变量的空间异质性差异,且在不同空间尺度下回归结果更为稳健。③接近度在不同空间尺度均具有强空间异质性,且对城市活力具有正向影响,随空间尺度增加,接近度对城市活力的正向影响增强,在空间分布上接近度对商圈附近路网依赖性强的区域的城市活力正向影响更强;穿行度在不同空间尺度均有弱空间异质性,随空间尺度增加,接近度对城市活力的负向影响减弱,在空间分布上穿行度对商圈区域城市活力的负向影响更强。④不同空间尺度路网形态变量的差异可以改变其他建成环境变量对城市活力的影响。 Urban vibrancy is an essential indicator for a city’s social and economic progress,with its factors frequently examined.The road network,as a bridge connecting people,has always influenced the urban vibrancy.However,the influence of road network morphology on the spatial heterogeneity of urban vitality has rarely been explored.In this study,based on geographic big data,network quantity penalized by distance(NQPD)and two phase betweenness(TPB)at multiple spatial scales are quantified to characterize road network morphology.Combined with other relevant built environment variables,a multi-scale geographically weighted regression(MGWR)model is constructed to explore the multi-scale spatial relationship between road network morphology and urban vitality in the central urban area of Guangzhou.The results indicate:①The spatial distribution of urban vitality is strongly correlated with the spatial distribution of road network morphology;②Compared with traditional ordinary least squares(OLS)and geographically weighted regression(GWR)models,the MGWR model can adequately express the spatial heterogeneity of explanatory variables on the dependent variable,wiht the regression results being more robust at different spatial scales;③NQPD exhibits the strong spatial heterogeneity at different spatial scales and has a positive effect on urban vitality.As the spatial scale increases,the positive effect of proximity on urban vitality strengthens.In terms of spatial distribution,NQPD has a stronger positive impact on urban vitality in areas with strong road network dependence near commercial areas.TPB shows weak spatial heterogeneity at different spatial scales.As the spatial scale increases,the negative effect of TPB on urban vitality weakens.In terms of spatial distribution,TPB has a stronger negative impact on urban vitality in commercial areas;④Differences in the road network form variables of different analysis radii can modify the impact of other built environment variables on urban vitality.
