摘要
中间介质气化器(IFV)是液化天然气(LNG)接收站主要使用的三种气化器之一。IFV不同于其他LNG气化器,具有许多优点,显示出巨大的应用潜力,IFV是很多LNG接收站的首选。文章介绍了IFV的特点和结构形式,从IFV的选材、中间介质选择、传热计算、结构研究、制造等方面阐述了IFV的国内外研究现状,并列举了一些IFV的应用,最后对其发展趋势进行了分析与展望。
Intermediate fluid vaporizer(IFV)is one of the three types of vaporizers mainly used in liquef ied natural gas(LNG)receiving terminals.IFV,different from other LNG vaporizers,has many advantages and has shown a great potential for future applications.IFV is the f irst choice for many LNG receiving terminals.This paper introduces the characteristics and structural forms of IFV,expounds the research status of IFV at home and abroad from the aspects of IFV the selection of material,the selection of intermediate fluids,heat transfer calculation,structure research,manufacturing and so on,and lists some IFV applications,and f inally analyzes and prospects its development trend.
