“真希”生物硒肥对罗汉果硒含量及产量、品质、抗病性的影响

Effect of‘Zhenxi’biological selenium fertilizer on Selenium content,yield,quality and disease resistance of Siraitia grosvenorii

摘要 选择桂林罗汉果主产区永福县、临桂区、龙胜县的17个罗汉果种植基地作为试验点,以青皮罗汉果为试验品种,研究了在不同生育时期叶面喷施“真希”生物纳米硒肥的3种方案对罗汉果硒含量、皂苷V含量、果品等级、单株产量、主要病害发生率的影响。结果表明:“真希”生物硒肥富硒效果显著,方案1(在苗期和开花前2个时期喷施“真希”生物硒肥)、方案2(在苗期、开花前和初花幼果期3个时期喷施“真希”生物硒肥)、方案3(在苗期、开花前、初花幼果期和果实膨大期4个时期喷施“真希”生物硒肥)罗汉果干果硒含量分别较对照高147.30%、295.44%和380.90%,其中方案2和方案3罗汉果的平均硒含量分别为174.27μg/kg和182.55μg/kg(以干质量计),均达到富硒标准。叶面喷施“真希”生物硒肥后,罗汉果特果加大果占比可提高0.68%~16.95%,单株产量可提高1.72%~9.59%。方案1可显著提高罗汉果皂苷V含量,方案1和方案2对病毒病、芽枯病发生率无明显改善。 The effects of foliar spraying biological selenium fertilizer‘Zhenxi’at different growth periods on the contents of selenium and mogroside V,fruit grades,the yield per plant and the incidence of main diseases of Qingpi Siraitia grosvenorii in 17 production orchards in the main production areas of S.grosvenorii including Yongfu County,Lingui District and Longsheng County,etc.were studied.In this study,three selenium spaying schemes were designed,including scheme 1:spaying at seedling period and pre-flowering;scheme 2:spaying at three periods of seedling,pre-flowering,early flowering and young fruit;scheme 3:spraying at the periods of seedling,pre-flowering,early flowering,young fruit and fruit expansion.The result showed that selenium was enriched significantly in three spraying schemes.Selenium content of dry fruit in scheme 1,2,3 was increased by 147.30%,295.44%and 380.90%,respectively,compared to the control.The selenium content in scheme 2 and 3 were 174.27μg/kg and 182.55μg/kg(dry weight),respectively,reaching the standards of rich-in-selenium.After spraying‘Zhenxi’biological selenium fertilizer on the leaf surface,the percentage of extra big and big fruits was increased by 0.68%-16.95%,and the yield per plant was increased by 1.72%-9.59%.The content of mogroside V in scheme 1 could be significantly increased.The resistances to virus disease and bud blight were not significantly enhanced in scheme 1 and 2.
