摘要
重介旋流器是选煤工业中的关键设备,用于分离煤与岩石。研究选煤厂重介旋流器的参数优化与工艺流程,通过实验设计和数值模拟相结合的方法,系统分析不同参数对分离效率的影响,同时探讨操作条件如温度和压强变化对重介旋流器性能的影响,从而为实际生产中的参数调整和过程控制提供科学依据。通过工艺优化,降低了能源消耗,提高了煤炭质量和选煤厂的经济效益。
The heavy medium cyclone is a critical piece of equipment in the coal preparation industry,utilized for the separation of coal from rock.This paper investigates the parameter optimization and process flow of heavy medium cyclones in coal preparation plants.Through a combined approach of experimental design and numerical simulation,This paper systematically analyzes the impact of different parameters on separation efficiency.This paper also explores the effects of operational conditions such as temperature and pressure variations on cyclone performance,providing a scientific basis for parameter adjustment and process control in practical production.By optimizing the process,energy consumption is reduced,coal quality and economic benefit of coal preparation plant are improved.
