摘要
针对高温高压汽轮机在结构设计方面存在的问题,提出一套优化设计方案。采用新材料、参数化建模、多目标优化等方法,对汽轮机转子、静子、叶片和轴承等关键部件进行优化设计。然后,通过实验验证所提出的优化设计方案的可行性。实验结果表明,优化后汽轮机的转子临界转速、叶片气动效率等关键指标得到显著提升,缸体应力、叶片应力、轴承温升等问题得到有效改善,综合性能明显提高。这说明所提出的优化设计方案可以有效改善高温高压汽轮机的效率、可靠性和经济性,能够为其他汽轮机的结构完善和性能提升提供重要参考。
Aiming at the problems existing in the structural design of high temperature and high pressure steam turbine,a set of optimal design scheme is proposed.The key components such as rotor,stator,blade and bearing of steam turbine are optimized by means of new materials,parametric modeling and multi-objective optimization.Then,the feasibility of the proposed optimal design scheme is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the optimized turbine rotor critical speed,blade aerodynamic efficiency and other key indicators have been significantly improved,cylinder stress,blade stress,bearing temperature rise and other issues have been effectively improved,and the comprehensive performance has been significantly improved.This shows that the optimized design scheme can effectively improve the efficiency,reliability and economy of HHP steam turbine,and can provide an important reference for the structure improvement and performance improvement of other steam turbines.
