摘要
目的探讨在冠心病心绞痛患者中采取心脏康复联合情绪释放技术(EFT)的作用。方法选取九江市第一人民医院收治的70例冠心病心绞痛患者,选取时间为2021年7月-2023年7月,采用随机数字表法进行分组。对照组35例患者采取分级心脏康复教育与护理,观察组35例患者在对照组基础上采取EFT护理干预,两组均持续护理观察3个月。比较两组遵医依从性、心血管事件发生率、负性情绪以及生活质量。结果观察组护理后遵医依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后健康调查简表(SF-36)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复联合EFT护理干预可提升冠心病心绞痛患者遵医依从性,有效改善其消极心理状态,还能减少心血管事件发生,进而提升患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of cardiac rehabilitation combined with emotional release technique(EFT)in patients with angina pectoris.Methods 70 patients with angina pectoris from CHD treated in our hospital were selected from July 2021 to July 2023,and grouped by random number table method.35 patients in the control group received graded cardiac rehabilitation education and nursing,35 patients in the observation group received EFT nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and both groups were continuously nursing and observation for 3 months.The compliance,incidence of cardiovascular events,negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation combined with EFT nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,effectively improve their negative psychological state,reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events,and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
