摘要
目的 评价阿托伐他汀联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)合并心衰的可行性。方法 选取百色市人民医院于2023年2月—2024年2月间收治的66例老年冠心病合并心衰患者作为研究对象,采用掷骰子法分为两组,对照组(n=33)实施单一用药,观察组(n=33)实施联合用药。比较两组的治疗效果,以及血浆因子、血脂、心功能指标水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(93.93%)高于对照组(75.75%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.243,P=0.039);治疗后,观察组血浆因子、血脂和心功能指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 阿托伐他汀联合美托洛尔助于改善老年冠心病合并心衰患者的血浆因子、血脂、心功能,可提升患者的治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of atorvastatin combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of sixty-six elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to Baise People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were se-lected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by dice method.The control group(n=33)was treated with single drug,and the observation group(n=33)was treated with combined drug.The therapeutic effects,and the level of plasma factor,blood lipid and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total therapeutic effective rate of the observation group(93.93%)was higher than that of the control group(75.75%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.243,P=0.039).After treatment,the level of plasma factor,the lev-els of plasma factors,blood lipids and cardiac function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with metoprolol can help to improve the plasma factors,blood lipids and cardiac function of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,and can improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
