摘要
2023年贵州提出重大发展战略,全力打造“世界级旅游目的地”。此背景下,基于AHP层次分析法、田野调查法、专家访谈法,分别对文化、商贸、旅游、体育四产业融合发展助力“贵阳贵安”世界级旅游城市建设的机理进行系统性分析,构建四产业融合评价指标体系。研究发现:文化产业、商贸产业、旅游产业、体育产业在“贵阳贵安”文商旅体融合发展能力评价指标中,分别占比26.7%、25.7%、32.2%、15.4%,认为:文化产业是四产业融合发展的基础、商贸产业是保障、旅游产业丰富发展环境、体育产业提高发展韧性。提出:加快完善四产业融合发展顶层设计、以旅游产业为品牌打造融合发展路径、以文化夯实四产业的融合发展内在基础、以旅游项目丰满四产业融合发展资源、以科技引领四产业高质量发展,加快“贵阳贵安”世界级旅游城市建设进程。
In 2023,Guizhou puts forward a major development strategy and strives to build itself into a"world-class tourism destination".In this context,based on AHP,field investigation and expert interview,the mechanism of the integrated development of the four industries of culture,commerce,tourism and sports to promote the construction of"Gui'an Guiyang"as world-class tourism city is systematically analyzed,and the evaluation index system of the integration of the four industries is constructed.The research finds that:The cultural industry,commerce industry,tourism industry and sports industry account for 26.7%,25.7%,32.2%and 15.4%respectively in the evaluation indicators of the integrated development ability of"Gui'an Guiyang"culture,business,travel and sports industry.It is believed that the cultural industry is the foundation of the integrated development of the four industries;the commercial industry is the guarantee;the tourism industry enriches the development environment,and the sports industry improves the development resilience.It is proposed to accelerate the perfection of the top-level design for the integrated development of the four industries,take the tourism industry as the brand to create an integrated development path,consolidate the internal foundation of the integrated development of the four industries with culture,enrich the resources of the integrated development of the four industries with tourism projects,and lead the high-quality development of the four industries with technology,to accelerate the construction process of"Gui'an Guiyang"as a world-class tourist city.
