摘要
膀胱癌的复发转移率较高,晚期膀胱癌治疗难度大。近年研究发现局部放疗联合重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞刺激因子(GM-CSF)能激发机体的抗肿瘤免疫应答,在一些病例中出现协同增效作用。本例膀胱癌术后多发转移患者应用放疗联合GM-CSF治疗后显现良好的疗效,为临床诊治提供参考。
Bladder cancer has a high recurrence and metastasis rate,and the treatment of advanced bladder cancer is difficult.Recent studies have found that local radiotherapy combined with recombinant human granulocyte macrophage stimulating factor(GM-CSF)can stimulate the anti-tumor immune response of the body,which has synergistic effect in some cases.This paper reports that a case of bladder cancer with multiple metastases after surgery showed good efficacy after radiotherapy combined with GM-CSF,providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
