电絮凝调质改善污泥脱水性能的研究

摘要 通过电絮凝电压、极板间距、污泥初始pH及阳极材料等操作参数对污泥机械脱水效果影响进行考察,结果得出,相比原泥,当电压16 V、电絮凝20 min时,脱水后污泥含水率和比阻(SRF)分别降低了15%和1.74×10^(13)m/kg;极板间距为40 mm且阳极材料采用铁板时污泥的脱水性能更佳。污泥初始pH值为3~5时,污泥脱水后泥饼的含水率降低了约7.79%,SRF降低了1.54×10^(13)m/kg。通过响应曲面法电絮凝法操作参数的优化,得出当污泥pH为3.03,电压为16.22 V和电絮凝18.61 min时,污泥脱水性能较好,此时脱水后污泥的含水率为57.86%,SR F为5.5×10^(11)m/kg,较单因素实验中的最佳含水率与SR F各降低了2.16%、7.7×10^(12)m/kg。 The effects of operating parameters such as electrocoagulation voltage,electrode spacing,initial pH of sludge,and anode material on sludge dewatering efficiency was investigated.The results showed that when the voltage was 16 V and electrocoagulation was lasted for 20 minutes,the water content of the dehydrated sludge and SRF decreased by 15%and 1.74×10^(13) m/kg,respectively,compared with the original sludge.It has a better dewatering performance when 40 mm of the spacing between electrodes and using iron anode.When the initial pH value of sludge was 3~5,the water content after sludge dewatering and SRF decreased by about 7.79%and 1.54×10^(13) m/kg,respectively.By optimizing the operating parameters of the response surface method,it was found that the sludge dewatering performance was optimum when 3.03 of the initial pH,16.22 V of voltage and lasting for 18.61 min,and the water content and SRF was 57.86%and 5.5×10^(11) m/kg,which was 2.16%and 7.7×10^(12) m/kg lower than that of the single factor experiment,respectively.
