摘要
目的分析基于阶段性回授法的健康指导在膀胱癌泌尿造口术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2023年9月本院收治的膀胱癌泌尿造口术后患者80例,参照随机数字表法进行分组。对照组40例患者采取常规健康指导,研究组40例患者在其基础上应用基于阶段性回授法的健康指导。针对两组简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)、癌症生命质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)评分以及造口并发症发生率进行比较。结果干预后SCSQ评价中,与对照组评分比较,研究组消极维度评分更低(P<0.05),积极维度评分更高(P<0.05);干预后ESCA评价中,与对照组评分比较,研究组自我护理责任感、自我概念、自我护理技能、健康知识水平评分更高(P<0.05)。干预后QLQ-C30评价中,与对照组评分比较,研究组评分更高(P<0.05)。造口并发症发生率评价中,与对照组结果相比,研究组结果更低(P<0.05)。结论基于阶段性回授法的健康指导可以有效提高膀胱癌泌尿造口术患者对于疾病的应对能力与自我护理能力,降低造口并发症发生风险,保障生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of staged feedback health guidance in patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy.Methods From October 2020 to September 23,80 patients with bladder cancer after urostomy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 40 cases received routine health guidance,while the study group of 40 cases received phased feedback based health guidance.Compare the simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ),exercise of self-care agency(ESCA),quality of life questionaire-core 30(QLQ-C30)scores,as well as the incidence of stomal complications between two groups.Results In the evaluation of the SCSQ scale after intervention,compared with the control group,the study group had a lower negative dimension score(P<0.05)and a higher positive dimension score(P<0.05);In the evaluation of the ESCA scale after intervention,compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores on self-care responsibility,self-concept,self-care skills,and health knowledge level(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the QLQ-C30 scale after intervention,the study group had a higher score compared to the control group(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the incidence of stomal complications,the study group had lower results compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Periodic feedback health guidance can effectively improve the coping ability and self-care ability of patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy,reduce the risk of stomal complications,and ensure the quality of life.
