摘要
心理健康教育是大学生素质教育的重要组成部分。文章基于全周期管理理念,从系统要素、结构功能、运行机制、过程结果等四个方面,对当前大学生心育工作存在的问题进行了归纳分析,对如何做好大学生心育工作提出了对策建议,为新时代高校心育工作的有效开展提供参考。
Psychological health education is an important part of college students'liberal education.Based on the concept of full-cycle management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in college students'psychological ed-ucation from four aspects:system elements,structure function,operation mechanism and process results.It also proposes countermeasures and suggestions on how to do a good job in college psychological education work,providing reference for the effective development of college psychological education work in the new era.
