摘要
近年来,胜利油田在节水管理方面取得了较好的成绩,但基础管理仍相对薄弱,油田水资源供需矛盾比较突出。供水分公司针对胜利油田水资源短缺、供需矛盾突出的实际情况,开展了创建节水型供水企业活动,通过实施节水管理提升、节水设备设施提升、节水服务提升和打造节水保障体系等措施,实现了节水管理由粗放式管理向精细化和科学化管理转变,总体水效指标控制在行业先进值以内,达到了节水、水资源优化利用目标,缓解了供用水供需矛盾,实现了高效集约用水,有力保障了油田油气资源的开发建设。
In recent years,Shengli Oilfield has achieved good results in water-saving management,but basic management is still relatively weak,and the supply-demand contradiction of oilfield water resources is quite prominent.In response to the shortage of water resources and prominent supply-demand contradictions in Shengli Oilfield,the Water Supply Branch has launched the activity of creating a water-saving water supply enterprise.Through measures such as improving water-saving management,water-saving equipment and facilities,water-saving services and building a water-saving guarantee system,it has achieved the transformation of water-saving management from extensive management to refined and scientific management.The overall water efficiency index is controlled within the industry’s advanced value,achieving the goals of water-saving and water resource optimization utilization,alleviating the supply-demand contradiction of water supply and demand,achieving efficient and intensive water use,and effectively ensuring the development and construction of oil and gas resources in the oilfield.
