超声弹性成像硬度评分法及面积比法鉴别诊断乳腺病变性质的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探索超声弹性成像硬度评分法及面积比法鉴别诊断乳腺病变性质的临床价值。方法 选择2023年4月至9月来我院就诊的120例乳腺病变患者为试验对象,均进行超声弹性成像面积比法、硬度评分法评估,对比、分析2项评估法在分辨乳腺病变良、恶性中准确性,且用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析单用和联合预测价值。结果 面积比法对恶性病变准确率为86.1%,对良性病变准确率89.3%;硬度评分法对恶性病变准确率为83.3%,对良性病变准确率86.9%。用ROC曲线分析,面积比、硬度评分法、联合早期预测乳腺病变良恶性的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.877、0.851、0.974。结论 在诊断乳腺病变时,将超声弹性成像硬度评分法及面积比法联合运用,更利于分辨肿块良恶性。 Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic elastography hardness score and area ratio in differential diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with breast diseases who came to our hospital from April 2023 to September 2023 were selected as the test subjects.All of them were evaluated by the area ratio method and ultrasonic elastography hardness scoring method.The accuracy of the two evaluation methods in distinguishing benign and malignant breast diseases was compared and analyzed,and the ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of single-use and joint-use.Results The accuracy of the area ratio for malignant lesions was 86.1%,and for benign lesions was 89.3%.The accuracy of the hardness score of breast masses for malignant lesions was 83.3%,and for benign lesions was 86.9%.By ROC curve analysis,the AUC of area ratio,hardness score,and tandem combination for early prediction of benign and malignant breast lesions were 0.877,0.851,and 0.974,respectively.Conclusion In the diagnosis of breast lesions,the combination of ultrasonic elastography hardness score and area ratio method is more conducive to distinguishing benign and malignant tumors.
