摘要
难处理金矿是黄金提取的重要原料。通过对某难处理金矿矿物性质、直接浸金试验、焙烧-酸浸预处理后浸金试验的研究,发现原矿中的Au存在矿物包裹和物理包裹。直接浸金试验研究了矿石细度、浸金药剂种类、浸金时间等因素的影响,在最佳试验条件下Au的浸出率为48.27%。焙烧-酸浸预处理试验研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、酸浸液浓度、酸浸矿浆浓度、酸浸时间等因素对预处理效果的影响,得到最佳预处理条件为焙烧温度675℃、焙烧时间1 h、酸浸液15%硫酸、酸浸矿浆浓度25%、酸浸时间2 h,预处理后的矿石Au浸出率达到84.18%,为后续的工业设计提供了依据。
The refractory gold ore are important raw materials for gold extraction.This article investigates the mineral properties of a refractory gold ore,the Au direct leaching test and the roasting-acid leaching pre-treatment followed by Au leaching test.It is found that Au in the raw ore contains both mineral and physical inclusions.The direct leaching test of Au studied the effects of factors such as ore fineness,type of leaching agent,and leaching time.Under the optimal test conditions,the leaching rate of Au is 48.27%.The roasting-acid leaching pretreatment test studied the effects of factors such as roasting temperature,roasting time,acid leaching solution concentration,acid leaching slurry concentration,and acid leaching time on the pretreatment effect.The optimal pretreatment conditions are obtained as roasting temperature of 675℃,roasting time of 1 hour,acid leaching solution of 15%sulfuric acid,acid leaching slurry concentration of 25%,and acid leaching time of 2 hours.The Au leaching rate of the pre-treated ore can reach 84.18%,providing a basis for subsequent industrial design..
