摘要
小麦粒重是影响小麦产量的重要因素之一,培育高粒重品种是小麦育种的重要目标之一。本研究以395份河南省小麦品种(系)为材料,结合2021-2023连续两年千粒重测定结果,利用分子标记技术对其粒重相关基因(TaCwi-A1、TaSus2-2B、TaGw8-B1、TaGS-D1)的等位变异进行了鉴定,分析4种粒重基因不同等位变异及其不同组合类型对千粒重的影响。结果表明,TaCwi-A1、TaSus2-2B、TaGw8-B1和TaGS-D1位点在供试材料中均存在2种等位变异,共具有15种不同粒重等位基因组合类型。综合分析不同粒重等位基因及其组合类型与千粒重关系,等位基因TaSus2-2Ba对粒重的正向作用效应显著,而等位基因TaCwi-A1a和TaGS-D1a分别对粒重的正向效应不显著。TaCwi-A1b+TaSus2-2Ba+TaGS-D1b+TaGw8-Bla、TaCwi-A1a+TaSus2-2Ba+TaGS-D1a+TaGw8-B1a、TaCwi-A1b+TaSus2-2Ba+TaGS-D1a+TaGw8-B1a这3种基因组合类型为小麦高粒重优势基因型。
Wheat grain weight is one of the important factors of wheat yield,and cultivating varieties with high grain weight is an important goal of high-yield wheat breeding.In this study,395 wheat varieties(lines)from Henan Province were used to identify the allelic variations of grain weight related genes TaCwi-A1,TaSus2-2B,TaGw8-B1,and TaGS-D1.At the same time,the thousand-grain weight of these materials were measured for two consecutive years from 2021 to 2023,in order to further analyze the effects of different allele variations and combinations of the above-mentioned four grain weight genes on thousand-grain weight.The results showed that the loci of TaCwi-A1,TaSus2-2B,TaGw8-B1,and TaGS-D1 all had two allelic variations,and 15 different combinations of the grain weight alleles in 395 wheat varieties(lines)were identified.It was found that the TaSus2-2Ba had a significant positive effect on grain weight,while the TaCwi-A1a and TaGS-D1a alleles had no significant positive effect on grain weight.Varieties(lines)with the three genotypes of different allele combinations:TaCwi-A1b+TaSus2-2Ba+TaGS-D1b+TaGw8-B1a,TaCwi-A1a+TaSus2-2Ba+TaGS-D1a+TaGw8-B1a,and TaCwi-A1b+TaSus2-2Ba+TaGS-D1a+TaGw8-B1a,had a relatively high average thousand-grain weight,which are the prior genotypes.
