改性无机双液注浆材料优化与应用

摘要 针对成庄煤矿井下过陷落柱区域注浆加固工程实际需求,优化、改进了高性能改性无机双液注浆材料的成分配比,现场应用结果表明,浆液与破碎围岩固结效果良好,无机材料深孔注浆在一定程度上提高了破碎围岩承载能力,防止了漏顶和片帮事故发生。 In response to the actual needs of grouting reinforcement engineering in the area of collapse columns in Chengzhuang Colliery,the paper presents the optimization and improvement of the composition ratio of high-performance modified inorganic double liquid grouting materials,whose on-site application results show that the inorganic material deep hole grouting can improve the bearing capacity of the broken surrounding rock to a certain extent with good consolidation effect of the slurry and broken surrounding rock,preventing the occurrence of roof leakage and rib spalling accidents.
