摘要
近年来,现场流行病学备受瞩目,特别是新冠疫情的发生更加唤醒了人们对现场流行病学工作的重视。湖北省疾病预防控制中心经过申报筹备等工作,成为全国首批5个一线人员现场流行病学培训项目试点单位之一。2018—2024年,湖北省一线人员现场流行病学培训项目(半年期)已举办7期,培养了来自92个市县两级疾病预防控制中心的流行病学技术骨干173人。结合湖北省现场流行病学人才培训现状,从一线人员现场流行病学培训项目的培养模式来源、组织管理、课程设置、师资队伍及项目的发展探索等方面进行阐述,分析在人才培养模式等方面的积极成效和改进措施,以期进一步推进项目的本土化、规范化和可持续化发展。
In recent years,field epidemiology has attracted much attention,especially the epidemic of COVID-19 arouses people’s attention to field epidemiology.Hubei Center for Disease Control and Prevention has become one of the first 5 pilot units of front line field epidemiology training program in China through application preparation and other work.The six months core training of Hubei Provincial Front Line Field Epidemiology Training Program has been held for 7 sessions from 2018 to 2024,173 technical backbones in the field of epidemiology from 92 cities and countys centers for disease control and prevention have been trained.Combined with the current situation of field epidemiology training program in Hubei Province,the source of training mode,curriculum provision,teaching staff and management of Field Epidemiology Training Program(FETP)as well as its development exploration are expounded,then its achievements and improvement measures in the aspects of personnel training mode are analyzed to promote its localization,standardization and sustainable development.
