菌藻颗粒污泥对苯酚废水的去除效能和机理研究

摘要 苯酚废水来源广泛,对环境造成严重威胁。利用菌藻颗粒污泥系统(MBGS)处理苯酚废水的结果表明:该系统对废水中化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、硝氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)和总无机氮的去除率分别为71.66%、74.67%、66.92%和67.19%,且长期运行稳定,MBGS生物量(MLSS)和EPS(胞外聚合物)分别由原来的1880 mg/L和45.92 mg/g VSS升至2500 mg/L和89.45 mg/g VSS,证明MBGS对苯酚具有优秀的抗毒和去除性能,且陶厄式菌属(Thauera)和黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)是优势菌属。通过液相色谱-质谱联用技术(LC-MS)检测出水物质,发现较高浓度的链状易降解有机物,说明MBGS对苯酚废水的COD去除是苯环开环。 Phenol wastewater comes from a wide range of sources and poses a serious threat to the environment.A mycobacterial granular sludge system(MBGS)was utilized to treat phenol wastewater,the results showed that the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N),nitrate nitrogen(NO_(3)^(-)-N)and total inorganic nitrogen by MBGS were 71.66%,74.67%,66.92%and 67.19%,respectively.The biomass(MLSS)and EPS(extracellular polymers)of MBGS increased from 1880 mg/L and 45.92 mg/gvss to 2500 mg/L and 89.45 mg/gvss,respectively,which proved that MBGS had excellent antitoxicity and removal performance for phenol.Thauera and Flavobacterium were the dominant genera.Detection of effl uent substances by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)revealed higher concentrations of chain-like readily degradable organics,suggesting that the COD removal of phenol wastewater by MBGS is through benzene ring opening.
