摘要
试验旨在研究饲料蛋白质水平对棘胸蛙蝌蚪生长性能和消化酶活性的影响。复合虫源蛋白由黄粉虫粉、蚕蛹粉及蝇蛆粉按照1∶1∶1比例混合组成,作为饲料主要蛋白源。选择平均体重为(0.32±0.01) g的棘胸蛙蝌蚪,蝌蚪发育阶段为25期。以蚯蚓粉为诱食剂,添加酪蛋白配成的蛋白质水平为20%(A1组)、25%(A2组)、30%(A3组)、35%(A4组)、40%(A5组)的配合饲料。棘胸蛙蝌蚪在养殖基地工厂化山泉流水条件下进行了10周的室内饲养试验。结果表明,A4组蝌蚪平均增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)、饲料效率(FE)最高。A3组蝌蚪变态率最高。A1组蝌蚪的存活率最高。A1组蝌蚪肠道淀粉酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),A5组蝌蚪肠道胰蛋白酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。通过对棘胸蛙蝌蚪的增重率和饲料效率进行回归分析发现,饲料中蛋白质水平为36.86%时,增重率达到最高,饲料中蛋白质水平为37.44%时,饲料效率最高。研究表明,饲料中蛋白质水平对棘胸蛙蝌蚪生长指标、饲料效率和消化酶活性均有影响,棘胸蛙蝌蚪配合饲料中蛋白质的适宜水平范围为36.86%~37.44%。
The experiment aimed to investigate the impact of dietary protein levels on the growth performance and digestive enzyme activity of Quasipaa spinosa tadpoles.The composite insect-derived protein was made by mixing mealworm powder,silkworm pupae powder,and fly larvae powder in a 1∶1∶1 ratio,serving as the primary protein source in the feed.Quasipaa spinosa tadpoles with an average weight of(0.32±0.01)g and at the 25th developmental stage were selected.Earthworm powder was used as a feeding stimulant,and casein was added to prepare the feed with protein content of 20%(Group A1),25%(Group A2),30%(Group A3),35%(Group A4),and 40%(Group A5).The Quasipaa spinosa tadpoles were subjected to a 10-week indoor feeding trial under factory conditions at a breeding base with mountain spring water.The results showed that the tadpoles in Group A4 had the highest average weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),and feed efficiency(FE).The highest metamorphosis rate was observed in Group A3.The highest survival rate was found in Group A1.The intestinal amylase activity in the tadpoles from Group A1 was significantly higher than in the other groups(P<0.05),and the intestinal trypsin activity in the tadpoles from Group A5 was significantly higher than in the other groups(P<0.05).Regression analysis of the average weight gain and feed efficiency of the Quasipaa spinosa tadpoles revealed that the maximum weight gain was achieved at a protein level of 36.86%in the feed,and the highest feed efficiency was at a protein level of 37.44%.The study suggests that the protein level in the feed affects the growth indicators,feed efficiency,and digestive enzyme activity of the Quasipaa spinosa tadpoles,and the suitable range of protein content in the compound feed for the tadpoles is between 36.86%and 37.44%.
