洗发液瓶盖倒装式多板点浇口模具设计

摘要 基于三板模设计了洗发液瓶盖的倒装式点浇口多瓣式模具,模具解决了瓶盖外表面不留浇口痕迹的浇注系统设计难点,也解决了被动式脱螺纹容易导致塑件成型螺纹损伤的问题。首先,将模腔在模具中按倒装方式布置,使点浇口可以设置开设在瓶盖内部。其次,固定内螺纹型芯不动,利用液压马达驱动的旋转动力驱动型芯镶件转动,带动瓶盖在内螺纹型芯上转动,从而主动脱模,并同步依靠瓶盖外沿推板辅助推动将瓶盖从旋转的型芯镶件上推出而完全脱模。瓶盖通过模具的4次机械开模,达到自动脱模的目的,动作可靠,生产效率较高,能将单模瓶盖生产能力提高到40万件/月的能力。所设计的脱螺纹方法新颖实用,模具多次开模顺序控制件简单可靠,将三板模模具结构进行衍生创新,设计为多板式点浇口模具,满足塑件成型要求。 Based on the three plate mold,an inverted point gate multi petal mold for shampoo bottle caps was designed.The mold solved the design difficulty of the gating system without leaving gate marks on the outer surface of the bottle cap,and also solved the problem of passive thread detachment leading to damage to the molding thread of the plastic part.Firstly,the mold cavity was arranged in an inverted manner in the mold,so that the point gate could be set up inside the bottle cap.Secondly,the fixed internal thread core remain stationary,and the rotating power driven by a hydraulic motor drives the core insert to rotate,driving the bottle cap to rotate on the internal thread core and actively demoulding.Simultaneously,the bottle cap was pushed out of the rotating core insert with the assistance of the push plate on the outer edge of the bottle cap to complete demolding.The bottle cap achieves automatic demolding through four mechanical openings of the mold,with reliable action and high production efficiency.It can increase the production capacity of single mold bottle caps to 40 thousand pieces per month.The designed thread removal method was novel and practical,and the sequence control of multiple mold openings was simple and reliable.The three plate mold structure was derived and innovatively designed into a multi plate point gate mold to meet the molding requirements of plastic parts.
