摘要
黄河流域是中国重要的经济发展地带,其生态环境质量不仅是其可持续发展的基础和前提,而且关系着黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略的实现。文章基于地理信息系统的空间分析功能,通过构建生态环境质量评价指标体系以及采用时空地理加权回归(GTWR)模型,对2010-2020年黄河流域市域尺度下生态环境质量指数及其驱动力进行时空演变分析。研究结果表明:(1)黄河流域生态环境质量指数(EI)从54.41增长至55.48,中游地区EI高于上游和下游地区,位于中部的甘肃和宁夏地区生态环境明显改善。(2)黄河流域生态环境等级分布具有显著的空间差异性,质量指数呈现空间集聚性,其北部、西部以低-低集聚为主,南部以高-高集聚为主。(3)经济、人口、产业、政策共同影响黄河流域的生态环境质量指数,常住人口城镇化率、常住人口密度、第一产业占比和第二产业占比为其主导驱动力,但其驱动力度呈现城镇化压力和环境治理政策逐渐增强、经济发展和产业结构转型压力逐渐减弱的趋势。
As an important economic development area in China,the ecological environment quality of the Yellow River Basin not only supports its sustainable development,but also is related to the realization of the major national strategy of"ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin".Based on the spatial analysis function of geographic information systems,this study constructs an ecological environment quality evaluation index system and uses the spatiotemporal geographic weighted regression model,analyses time and space evolution of ecological environment quality in⁃dex and its driving force at the city scale of the Yellow River from 2010 to 2020.The research results show that the ecological environment quality index(EI)of the Yellow River Basin increased from 54.41 to 55.48.EI in the middle reaches was higher than that in the upper and lower reaches,and the ecological environment of Gansu and Ningxia located in the central re⁃gions significantly improved.The distribution of ecological environment grades in the Yellow River Basin has significant spa⁃tial differences,and the quality index presents spatial agglomeration,with low and low agglomerations in the north and west,and high and high agglomerations in the south.Economy,population,industry,and policy factors jointly affect the ecological environment quality index of the Yellow River Basin.The urbanization rate of permanent residents,the density of permanent residents,the proportion of the primary industry and the proportion of the secondary industry are the main driving forces of the ecological environment quality index,but its driving force presents show a trend that the pressure of urbanization and environ⁃mental governance policies are gradually increasing,and the pressure of economic development and industrial structure trans⁃formation is gradually weakening.
