摘要
随着信息科技的快速发展,电子病历作为数字化技术在医学领域的重要体现,在病案管理过程中的优势与作用愈发凸显。首先,电子病历显著提升病案管理的效率,相比传统方式,电子化的过程减少人工记录、查询和储存的工作量,病历信息实现快速搜索和获取;其次,电子病历在保障信息安全和隐私方面呈现更大的优势,其特有的加密技术和访问权限设置大大减少信息泄露的风险。在此基础上,电子病历在规范医疗行为、提高医疗服务质量方面也发挥重要的作用,医务人员可方便地查看患者的病情变化和治疗效果,从而做出更加科学、合理的诊疗决策。然而,电子病历的应用也存在一些问题和挑战,诸如医院监管制度不完善、建设和维护成本高、医院间数据标准化、互操作性等问题仍待解决。总体来说,电子病历在病案管理过程中发挥重要的作用,提出新的问题,并指明未来的发展方向。
With the rapid development of information technology,Electronic Medical Records(EMRs),as an important embodiment of digital technology in the medical field,have increasingly prominent advantages and roles in the process of medical record management.First of all,EMRs significantly improve the efficiency of medical record management.Compared with the traditional way,the electronic process reduces the workload of manual recording,query and storage,and the medical record information is quickly searched and obtained.Secondly,EMRs present greater advantages in ensuring information security and privacy,and their unique encryption technology and access permission settings greatly reduce the risk of information leakage.On this basis,EMRs also play an important role in regulating medical behaviors and improving the quality of medical services.Medical staff can easily check the changes of patients'conditions and treatment effects,so as to make more scientific and reasonable diagnosis and treatment decisions.However,there are also some problems and challenges in the application of EMRs,such as the imperfect hospital supervision system,high construction and maintenance costs,inter-hospital data standardization,interoperability and other problems are still to be solved.Overall,Electronic Health Records(EHR)plays an important role in the medical record management process,raising new questions and indicating the future development direction.
