摘要
统计了轨道小车物流系统运行的故障率;对相同楼层人工配送时间与轨道小车配送时间进行统计学分析,通过统计学方法t检验得出对比结果;采用函数关系式对比轨道小车物流系统与人力运送的成本。轨道小车物流系统运行的平均故障率为0.237%;轨道小车物流系统的各楼层平均运送时间为18±1.7 min;在七~十层,人工配送优于轨道小车,在十二~十七层,轨道小车配送优于人工;轨道小车物流系统运行平稳并缩短配送时间,在相同配送次数下轨道小车使用6年后,其配送成本开始低于人工配送成本。
It statistically analyzes the failure rate of the rail trolley logistics system operation;statistically analyzes the manual delivery time on the same floor and the rail trolley delivery time,and draws comparative results through the t-test of statistical methods;compares the cost of the rail trolley logistics system and manual transportation using a functional relationship.The average failure rate of the rail trolley logistics system operation is 0.237%;the average delivery time for each floor of the rail trolley logistics system is 18±1.7 min;on floors seven to ten,manual delivery is better than the rail trolley,and on floors twelve to seventeen,the rail trolley is better than manual delivery;the rail trolley logistics system operates stably and shortens delivery time.Under the same number of deliveries,the cost of using the rail trolley starts to be lower than manual delivery after 6 years.
