“医-患-社工”服务模式在公立医院的实践与探索

摘要 目的 探索医务人员、医务社会工作者、志愿者“医-患-社工”服务模式在公立医院的应用效果,以推动公立医院的高质量发展。方法 2021年1月,广东省中医院建立“医-患-社工”服务模式项目。统计2021年1月至12月医院与医务社会工作者共同建立科室品牌服务项目数量、开展主题活动次数、健康知识讲座次数、筛查与识别有需求的患者人数及筹集的善款,同时收集医护人员、志愿者及在广东省中医院大学城分院就医并接受“医-患-社工”服务模式的患者的满意度评价。结果 2021年1月至12月,构建并发展了5个科室品牌式服务项目,开展主题活动13次,健康知识讲座25次,共识别有需求的患者150例,资源支持服务共10 193人次,筹集救助善款共630 701 914元。共收集问卷129份,其中患者58份,医护人员46份,志愿者25份。“医-患-社工”互动模式项目满意度评价中,患者为(9.39±0.75)分,医护人员为(9.39±0.75)分,志愿者为(9.48±0.71)分。结论 构建“医-患-社工”服务模式切实可行,满意评价高,为探索构建适合我国国情的“医-患-社工”服务模式提供参考。 Objective To explore the application effectiveness of the“doctor-patient-medical social worker”service model of medical staff,medical social workers,and volunteers in public hospitals,with a view to promoting the quality development of public hospitals.Methods In January 2021,Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine established the“hospital-patient-medical social worker”service model program.From January to December 2021,the number of departmental branded service projects jointly established by the hospital and medical social workers,the number of thematic activities carried out,the number of health lectures held,the number of patients screened and identified as in need,and the amount of money raised will be counted,and the satisfaction ratings of healthcare staff,volunteers,and patients who received medical treatment at the University Town Branch of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and who have been served by the“doctor-patient-medical social worker”service model will be collected.Satisfaction ratings of medical staff,volunteers,and patients who received the“doctor-patient-medical social worker”service model at the University Town Branch of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results From January to December 2021,five departmental branded service programs were constructed and developed,13 thematic activities were conducted,25 health lectures were held,150 patients in need were identified,10193 resource support services were provided,and 630701914 yuan was raised.A total of 129 questionnaires were collected,of which 58 were from patients,46 from healthcare workers and 25 from volunteers.In the satisfaction evaluation of the“doctor-patient-medical social worker”interaction model program,patients,scored(9.39±0.75)points,healthcare workers scored(9.39±0.75)points,and volunteers scored(9.48±0.71)points.Conclusion The construction of the“doctor-patient-medical social worker”service model is practical and feasible,with high satisfaction ratings,and provides a reference for exploring the construction of a“doctor-patient-medical social worker”service model suitable for China’s national conditions.
