摘要
以推进山西农业大学食品专业研究生向专业化和特色化发展为契机,基于传统的教学模式的缺陷,对“粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程进展”课程进行改革,探讨以OBE成果导向教育为指导,构建SPOC小规模限制性课程平台,将OBE与SPOC相融合以双向筛选为原则,确定选课人员,同时在课程目标、教学团队、教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行综合改革探索,将课程内容与科研课题紧密联系起来,以研究生为中心,激发学生学习的积极性、主动性和差异性,增强教学过程的互动性,促进课程发展,提升课程教学效果。
Taking the promotion of the professionalization and distinctive development of graduate students in the food industry at Shanxi Agricultural University as an opportunity,based on the shortcomings of the traditional teaching model.the course"Progress in Grain and Oil,Oils and Plant Protein Engineering"was reformed.Guided by OBE results oriented education,the SPOC small-scale restricted course platform was constructed,with graduate students as the main body.Integration of OBE and SPOC was based on the principle of two-way screening to determine the course selectors.At the same time,we carried out comprehensive reform and exploration in terms of course objectives,teaching team,teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods,which closely links the course content with scientific research topics.The course was ultimately centered on graduate students to stimulate students'motivation,initiative and differentiation in learning,to enhance the interactivity of the teaching process,to promote the development of the course,and to enhance the teaching effectivenessofthecourse.
