摘要
糠醇选择性加氢制备1,2-戊二醇是一种复杂的化学反应,存在选择性差、副产多、成本高等问题。合成了一种新型Cu-CLXC催化剂,在固定床模式及温和条件下(反应温度160℃、反应压力5 MPa、空速0.3 h-1)对糠醇加氢表现出优异的催化活性,原料转化率>99.9%,1,2-戊二醇选择性>60.0%,并且该催化剂连续运行2 000 h后活性未见下降趋势,催化活性及稳定性远高于现有报道的催化剂水平。
Selective hydrogenation of furfuryl alcohol to 1,2-pentanediol is a complex reaction,which has many problems such as poor selectivity,high by-product and high cost.A new Cu-CLXC catalyst was synthesized and showed excellent catalytic activity for hydrogenation of furfuryl alcohol in a fixed bed reactor under mild conditions(reaction temperature 160 ℃,reaction pressure 5 MPa,airspeed 0.3 h-1),the conversion of raw materials was > 99.9% and the selectivity of 1,2-pentanediol was > 60.0%,the activity and stability of the catalyst were higher than that of the reported catalysts after running for 2 000 h.
