摘要
首先,梳理了国外有人无人作战集群指挥控制(指控)能力发展应用水平,对有人无人集群作战模式以及难点进行了分析;然后,为克服需求复杂、优化配置难、互操作难和自主决策难等一系列问题,面向无人机、无人车和无人艇/潜航器等无人装备,提出了一种基于网络信息体系的有人无人作战集群指控体系架构,探讨其能力生成机制与系统能力特点;最后,提出了重点突破异构无人平台互操作、跨域安全泛在通信、分布式自主协同控制和集群协同任务规划4个方面指控关键技术,并给出其发展建议。
Firstly,the foreign development and application levels of command and control(C2)capabilities of manned/unmanned combat cluster are sorted out.The combat modes and difficulties of manned/unmanned cluster are analyzed.Then,to overcome a series of problems such as complicated demand,difficulties on optimized configuration,interoperability and autonomous decision‑making,and faced to unmanned equipment including unmanned aerial/ground/surface/underwater vehicles,an architecture of manned/unmanned cluster C2 system based on the networking information‑centric system of systems(SoS)is proposed.Its capability generation mechanism and characteristics of system capability are discussed.Finally,four aspects of key technology,including interoperability in heterogeneous unmanned platforms,cross‑domain secure ubiquitous communication,distributed autonomous cooperative control,and collaborative task planning in cluster are presented.Furthermore,suggestions on its development are given.
