摘要
在当前高质量就业背景下,高校毕业生就业工作显得尤为重要。然而,不少毕业生对就业认知不足,存在“本领恐慌”等现象,导致“慢就业”和“懒就业”问题日益凸显。本文聚焦这一时代课题,深入部析毕业生就业工作的痛点与难点,并提出对策建议。
In the current context of high-quality employment,the employment of college graduates is particularly important.However,many graduates lack awareness and experience of employment,leading to increasingly prominent phenomena of skill panic,slow employment and lazy employment.This paper focuses on this issue,deeply analyzes the pain points and dificulties of graduates'employment work,and proposes suggestions.
