向左还是向右:高职院校博士学位青年教师专业发展抉择困境的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 博士学位青年教师能否适应高职院校的组织文化以及如何进行专业发展抉择是一个亟待回答的重要问题。通过对进入高职院校工作的博士学位青年教师专业适应及发展现状的深入调查研究发现:博士学位青年教师在教学与科研的抉择上“左支右绌”;在常规教学与成果教学的抉择上“左推右挡”;在理论科研与应用科研的抉择上“左右为难”。博士学位青年教师在专业发展上的“焦虑”、教学工作中的“悬浮”、科研工作中的“固守”的原因在于学校对博士学位青年教师的全能期待和模糊定位,实质上反映了当下高职教育类型化发展内在自觉的缺乏及其在高等教育场域中的依附性地位。 Whether young teachers with doctoral degrees can adapt to the organizational culture of higher vocational colleges and how to make professional development decisions are important questions that urgently need to be answered.Through the in-depth investigation and research on the professional adaptation and development status of the young teachers with doctoral degrees who work in higher vocational colleges,it is found that the young teachers with doctoral degrees are difficult to balance teaching and research work;feel resistant in the decision between"conventional teaching"and"outcome-based teaching";feel dilemma in the decision between theoretical and applied research.The"anxiety"in professional development,the"suspension"in teaching work and the"persistence"in research work of young teachers with doctoral degrees lie in the college's expectation and ambiguous positioning of the young teachers with doctoral degrees,which in essence reflects the lack of inherent consciousness in the current typed development of higher vocational education and its dependent status in the field of higher education.
