枯竭油气藏储气库出砂机理及防砂研究进展

Research progress on mechanism and control method of sand production of underground gas storage in depleted reservoir

摘要 枯竭油气藏储气库出砂会导致储层损害、井下管柱磨蚀及地面辅助设备故障等危害,严重影响储气库安全运行和有效储气能力。本文从油气藏开发阶段与储气库运行阶段出砂的异同出发,调研分析了现有枯竭油气藏储气库出砂机理、临界出砂生产压差预测以及防砂工程措施,对储气库出砂研究进展进行分析总结,指出了现有研究的不足以及未来攻关的方向。 Sand production of underground gas storage(UGS)in depleted reservoir can lead to engineering hazards,such as reservoir damage,abrasion of downhole pipe string and failure of ground auxiliary equipment,which seriously affects the safe operation and the effective gas storage capacity.This paper analyzed the similarities and differences of the sand production in the development stage of oil and gas reservoir and the operation stage of UGS.The sand production mechanism of the UGS in depleted reservoir,the prediction of critical drawdown pressure,and the sand control method were investigated and analyzed.This paper analyzes and summarizes the research progress of sand production in gas storage,points out the shortcomings of existing research and the direction of future research.
