摘要
山东省中医院名老中医齐元富教授从医几十年积累了大量宝贵临床经验,在以益气补血法治疗癌因性疲乏方面颇有心得。他认为心、肝与癌因性疲乏密切相关,是诊治重点,并且以益气补血为治则,以标本兼治为目的,自拟方益气补血汤,在临床上取得了不错疗效。齐教授选择益气补血汤对症治疗,不仅针对患者的症状,同时兼顾其肿瘤术后的防治,用药精专,在使用益气补血汤原方基础上,灵活加减,附验案一则以佐证。
Professor Qi Yuanfu,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has accumulated a lot of valuable clinical experience in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue by using invigorating qi and replenishing blood method.He believes that the heart,liver and cancer due to fatigue are closely related,is the focus of diagnosis and treatment,and to benefit qi and blood for the treatment of both symptoms and root causes for the purpose of self-made decoction for benefiting qi and blood,in the clinic has achieved a good effect.Professor Qi selects Yiqi Buxue decoction for symptomatic treatment,not only for the symptoms of patients,but also for the prevention and treatment of tumor after surgery,the use of fine medicine,on the basis of the original prescription of Yiqi Buxue decoction,and attached a case.
