摘要
随着煤炭资源开采深度和强度的增加,传统的掘进方法和支护技术已经无法满足现代煤矿高效、安全生产的需求。该现实需求下,煤巷快速掘进技术和超前临时支护技术应运而生。首先概述了煤巷快速掘进工艺及超前临时支护技术,其次分析了这些技术在煤矿生产中的作用,并阐述了煤巷快速掘进工艺及超前临时支护技术在实际应用中的难点,最后针对具体难点提出了相应的应用策略,实现了煤巷掘进效率和安全性的双重提升。
With the increasing depth and intensity of coal resource mining,traditional excavation methods and support technologies are no longer able to meet the needs of modern coal mines for efficient and safe production.Under this practical demand,rapid excavation technology and advanced temporary support technology for coal tunnels have emerged.Firstly,an overview of the rapid excavation process and advanced temporary support technology for coal tunnels was discussed.Secondly,the role of these technologies in coal mine production was analyzed,and the difficulties in practical application of the rapid excavation process and advanced temporary support technology for coal tunnels were elaborated.Finally,corresponding application strategies were proposed for specific difficulties,achieving a dual improvement in the efficiency and safety of coal tunnel excavation,providing practical reference for relevant personnel.
