摘要
随着数字政府的持续建设,“互联网+政务服务”改革成为优化营商环境和提升政务服务质量的突破口。基于ECM-ISC模型,从“顾客”视角出发探索“互联网+政务服务”平台公众持续使用意愿的决定因素。结果显示:期望确认显著正向影响感知有用性;期望确认显著正向影响满意度;感知有用性显著正向影响公众持续使用意愿;满意度显著正向影响公众持续使用意愿。研究可为数字政府建设及海南省政府数字化转型提供一定参考。
With the continuous construction of digital government,the reform of“Internet plus government services”has become a breakthrough to optimize the business environment and improve the quality of government services.Based on the ECM-ISC model,from the perspective of“customers”,it is helpful to explore the determinants of the public’s willingness to continue using the“Internet plus government services”platform.The results show that expectation confirmation has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness;Expected to confirm significant positive impact on satisfaction;The perceived usefulness has a significant positive impact on the public’s willingness to continue using it;Satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the public’s willingness to continue using it.The research can provide some reference for the construction of digital government and the digital transformation of Hainan Provincial Government.
